Santiago Basket Titanes Dorado (United Cup) re-signed 32-year old 191cm swingman Ameth Gil. Gil played there last season. In four United Cup games he recorded 14.3ppg, 5.0rpg and 1.0spg. The last season he played at Pueblo Nuevo (Santiago League) where in 18 games he averaged 6.9ppg, 2.1rpg, 2.0apg and 1.8spg (in top 4). He helped them to win the Santiago League title despite they ended the regular season at the second place. In 2020 Gil helped Santiago Basket win their second United Cup title. He was later named LatinBasket.com All-United Cup Finals MVP. In 4 United Cup game he averaged an impressive 18.3ppg, 4.8rpg, 4.0apg, FGP: 48.7%. Gil played also at Metros. He was voted to Latinbasket.com All-United Cup Honorable Mention in 2021.
